- VoIP and Voice Infrastructure Physical and Logical assets
- PBX Infrastructure assets down to the Circuit-Level
- IT System and Network Infrastructure Assets
- Converged TDM, IP Voice & IT Network Assets
- Contact Center Physical and Logical Assets
- NOC and Regional Operating Centers
- Line-of-Business Related Assets & Resources
- Device Family or Vendor Specific Assets & Resources
Using the highly interactive Maps, users instantly see the location, relationship, connectivity, and status of global operations, eliminating the guesswork in pinpointing problems, tracking down problem cause, and rapidly restoring top service levels.
Complete Flexibility Delivers Customizable Global & Granular Views
Complete flexibility is provided to zoom in and out, set logical filters, and specify map overlays to dynamically view:
- All infrastructure assets and connectivity around the globe
- Aggregated groups of assets and connectivity within any size geographic segment or region
- Individual voice, data, and network assets and their attributes
- Logically related assets across a specific region or around the globe
- Operational status of specific assets with color coded alarm indicators that depict severity and differentiate urgent from minor issues
Connectivity-related status down to the circuit level, with associated
alarm and severity indicators
- Overlay images depicting helpful schematic, facility or configuration diagrams or images
- Dynamic overlays of Doppler radar and weather feeds from official
sources such as the National Weather Service or NOAA
Through the ReliaTel Map weather overlays, organizations can continuously visualize the potential threat and impact current weather conditions may have on specific regional operating centers. In addition, a split screen capability further enhances map utilization, enabling users to:
- Concurrently investigate multiple operational issues through multiple map panes to expedite diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Retain the context of a geographic location and its associated topology within one pane, while zooming in to view specific assets, devices, and underlying circuits within a second view
- Visually monitor the overall health of multiple operational centers through multiple maps presented within the same viewing area
At any time, users click the center, entity, and links on the map to instantly display detailed attributes of the component, as well as all pertinent alarm information. When links contain multiple imbedded circuits, a second click displays the current operational status of all individual underlying circuits.
ReliaTel map views are secured via user permissions, presenting only the assets, connectivity, and underlying circuits the user is authorized to view. Users save their preferred map views and set them as defaults to appear at each login, or ReliaTel can optionally save the last map settings used for display at the next login.
A full screen version of the ReliaTel Interactive Map can also be displayed directly at the users’ desktop, or on the large wall screens often found in NOC environments.
By simply glancing at the ReliaTel Interactive Management Maps,
staff are immediately aware of current conditions and critical problems,
and have instant access to the critical diagnostic and problem resolution
information necessary to rapidly resolve problems and restore top
service levels.
