ReliaTel Administration Training

This in-depth course combines lecture, demonstration, and hands-on work sessions to educate ReliaTel System Administrators on deploying, operating, and maintaining the ReliaTel Management Solution.

Course Objectives:

Students attending the ReliaTel Administration training will be prepared to effectively perform the following ReliaTel administration activities:

• Define and administer Centers, Entities, Users, and Permissions
• Define and administer the ReliaTel Management Map
• Define and customize ReliaTel Alerting, Alarming, Filtering, and Logging
• Define and customize ReliaTel Alarm Types and Categories
• Define and customize Notification Coverage, Actions, and Medias
• Assign and schedule Automated Actions and Responses
• Configure secure and non-secure Data Acquistion Points (DAP)
• Understand ReliaTel system Backup and Database Backup

ReliaTel Operator Training

This in-depth course combines lecture, demonstration, and hands-on work sessions to educate ReliaTel Operators on fully utilizing the ReliaTel web-based graphical interface to manage their voice & data environment.

 
Course Objectives:

Students attending the ReliaTel Operator training will be prepared to effectively perform the following ReliaTel operations activities:

• Understanding the ReliaTel Architecture, Concepts, and Elements
• Utilizing Alarms, Alarm Cycles, Levels, Sources, and History
• Working with Centers, Entities, Entity Icons, Properties, Logs, and Playback
• Populating and navigating the ReliaTel Management Map and Map elements
• Creating, customizing, and viewing ReliaTel Performance Dashboard pages
  

Who Should Attend:

This course is designed for operations personnel who are responsible for utilizing the ReliaTel Management Solution to ensure the availability and reliability of their voice and data infrastructure.  Attendees should have basic familiarity with the ReliaTel user interface and its operation.
