ReliaTel Awarded Certificate of Compatibility for Nortel CS1000 through Nortel Developer Program...


Tone Software announced their ReliaTel Voice Management solution has successfully completed laboratory interoperability testing with the Nortel Communication Server 1000 (CS 1000), a server-based, full-featured IP PBX supporting business-critical applications, including unified messaging, customer contact center, IVR, wireless VoIP and IP phones.

ReliaTel Helps Service Provider Reduce Mean Time to Repair and Drive World Class Service Business...

STEPAR® Traffic Analysis Cuts PBX Maintenance Costs
and Improves PBX Performance

TONE SOFTWARE CORPORATION announced the STEPAR® Traffic Analysis & Reporting component of the popular ReliaTel® PBX Management solution. STEPAR, (Statistical Trend Evaluation and Performance Analysis Reporting), collects, analyzes, and provides detailed reports of performance and traffic statistics from Avaya and Nortel PBXs, as well as Lucent 5ESS CO switches, located anywhere throughout the local or global telecommunications environment.

STEPAR eliminates time-consuming, labor-intensive manual traffic analysis methods, enabling traffic technicians to efficiently leverage the maximum performance from their critical voice systems, while optimizing PBX and switch operating costs.
