ReliaTel fits seamlessly into any existing Nortel voice environment, enabling users to proactively manage their Nortel infrastructure through any existing buffer boxes they may already have in place, (such as the SEB). Using ReliaTel with existing buffer boxes allows users to maximize their investment in existing equipment, while enjoying the performance and savings benefits of ReliaTel proactive voice management.

Use ReliaTel to Directly Manage Nortel PBXs, without the need for Buffer Boxes:

Alternatively, ReliaTel can directly manage the Nortel voice environment without the need for costly proprietary buffer boxes. ReliaTel’s direct management configuration provides continuous, real-time monitoring and management of the Nortel PBX and the entire voice infrastructure through direct connectivity with the Nortel switch.

Using ReliaTel’s direct management option can eliminate delays in receiving critical alarm information imposed by buffer boxes as they collect, store, and dial out to report alarm data via analog phone lines.
